Premium peripheral vascular physiologic testing system

ANGIOLYS

ANGIOLYS offers demanding vascular professionals all the advantages expected from a modern and complete physiologic diagnosis equipment with automatic testing capabilities and network connectivity.

ANGIOLYS uses Doppler, air cuff and photoplethysmography (PPG) probe technology to record Ankle Brachial Index (ABI), Toe-Brachial Index (TBI), Segmental Pressure values, Pulse Volume Recording (PVR) waveforms, Doppler velocity profiles and venous parameters as Venous Refill Time and Mean Venous Outflow.

ANGIOLYS is the result of 30 years of Atys’ experience in the design of vascular diagnostic system. It incorporates the latest technology. Up to 12 channels of Pulse Volume Recording (PVR) simultaneously measurements are possible. The PPG signal can be recorded on the 10 fingers at the same time. For Doppler measurement, there is the choice of 4 and 8 MHz continuous wave frequencies.

Old device upgrade

ANGIOLYS is the ideal candidate for the replacement of the old world-renowned VASOGUARD.

systolic blood pressure, Doppler waveform, Photoplethysmography

ANGIOLYS performs a full range of physiological tests, including many automated examinations:

  • Lower and upper arterial studies
    • Segmental blood pressure with Doppler or PPG
    • Ankle Brachial Index (ABI)
    • Toe Brachial Index (TBI)
    • Pulse Volume Recording (PVR)
    • Doppler waveforms
    • Photoplethysmography (PPG)
    • Exercise Stress Test
    • Pulse Wave Velocity (PWV)
    • Thoracic outlet examination (TOS)
  • Lower and upper digit examinations
    • PPG pressures
    • PPG and/or PVR waveforms
    • Palmar Test for Palmar Arch Patency (PAT)
    • Raynaud's syndrome: cold immersion test for digit vasospasm disorder
  • Penile function/Impotence
  • Venous examinations
    • Doppler, MVO and/or venous reflux
  • Carotid Doppler examination

Modular and flexible

Whatever your needs, there is a suitable ANGIOLYS configuration. It remains easily expandable to additional tests to meet new demands.

This modularity and flexibility come from the satellites. One or two satellites can be added at any time to increase the number of pressure, PVR and PPG channels.

Time effectiveness

With 4 to 12 inflation ports and dual side automatic cuff inflation, ANGIOLYS performs rapid bilateral, multiple level vascular studies. The following simultaneous measurements are possible:

  • With PPG, both arm pressures and both ankle/toe pressures.
  • Up to 10 PPG signals
  • Up to 12 PVR signals

The operator does not have to handle the cuffs or their hoses during the examination. They are installed on the patient and all connected to the ANGIOLYS during preparation. This makes the test very fluid.
The autopick function contributes to the fluidity of the exam. It enables the ANGIOLYS to automatically select the returned initial Doppler or PPG waveform during pressure testing

Besides, thanks to the customized and versatile protocols, all the initial adjustments are always properly set.

The operator runs efficiently the examination and can fully focus on the patient.
